a. Site Verification as per land record / title / ownership etc.
b. Verification of Route Map along with Landowners.
c. Verification of crops/trees/any encroachments and recording of the same.
d. Preparation of Notices, Pancha nama.
e. Obtaining crops yields & rates from government officers and/or markets.
f. Opening of ROU/ROW.
g. Preparation of records and ownership of the crop regarding loss of crop and deprived crop.
h. Liaison with farmers etc. & handling of complaints of Landowners / Villagers / farmers etc.
i. Maintaining the revenue records properly for quick traceability and future reference. In addition to above, any other jobs assigned to him from time to time.
