Role Description
The Marketing Associate will support day-to-day marketing initiatives to promote Dolphin Realty’s portfolio and brand. Assisting in the development and execution of social media creatives/captions, preparing marketing materials and presentations, and coordinating with the agency. Maintain marketing databases, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, helping organise events or photoshoots, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touch-points.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including basic sales support, campaign execution,



and familiarity with promotional tactics.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including task prioritisation, time management, and coordination of multiple marketing activities.
- Candidates should be proficient in a design tool like Canva, Affinity or equivalent, have interest in optimising work via AI and generate creatives, and insight generation for marketing strategies.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, social media platforms).
- Experience from a luxury industry or strong interest in real estate, architecture, or design-focused industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment in Mumbai and adapt to a dynamic, project-based workload.

3-4 years of work experience.
