Job description:

We're looking for an experienced Content Head to lead our content strategy and drive compelling communication across digital and offline platforms at KGiSL Educational Institution, Saravanampatti, CBE.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the overall content strategy aligned with institutional and brand objectives

* Lead and mentor a team of content writers and creative professionals

* Plan, create, review, and approve content across websites, social media, blogs, campaigns, brochures, and marketing collateral

* Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms

* Collaborate with design, digital marketing, admissions, branding, and other internal teams

* Drive SEO-focused content initiatives and content performance optimization

* Maintain high editorial standards through quality checks and proofreading

* Stay updated on content trends, audience insights, and industry best practices

* Take complete ownership of content outcomes by driving measurable results, ensuring timely delivery,



and being accountable for the performance and impact of all content initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

* 5–10 years of experience in content writing, content strategy, editorial, or brand communication roles

* Prior experience leading a content or editorial team is highly preferred
