Role Description
The Full Stack Engineer role at AM Group is a full time, in office position based in Jammu & Kashmir, India. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing,



and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end layers to support business operations and customer-facing digital experiences. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement scalable solutions, and integrate systems that enhance sales, service, and customer engagement workflows. The role involves writing clean, efficient code, optimizing performance, ensuring security and reliability, and participating in code reviews and testing activities. The engineer will also help troubleshoot issues, contribute to continuous improvement of digital platforms, and support the rollout of new features aligned with AM Group’s growth and customer service objectives.
