What You Will Do:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination, sourcing profiles, and interview scheduling.

• Support onboarding processes and manage candidate documentation.

• Help maintain employee engagement and assist with HR policies/procedures.

• Work directly with the core founding team to scale our engineering workforce.
