Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support the overall financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
- Record daily receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial statements.
- Maintain employee payroll records and salary processing.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools is preferred.
