An HVAC Operation & Maintenance qualified operates, inspects, and repairs heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical faults, and repairing or replacing components. They maintain building comfort, improve energy efficiency, and ensure systems comply with safety standards.

Core Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, clean coils, replace air filters, and lubricate system bearings.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Locate faults in electrical circuits, refrigerant lines, and mechanical parts using pressure gauges, multimeters, and testing devices.
- System Repair: Fix or replace defective thermostats, valves, fans, motors,



and compressors.
- System Testing: Calibrate controls, test pipe joints for leaks, and verify systems run efficiently per manufacturer guidelines.
- Record Keeping: Log maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment performance histories.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to EPA, OSHA, and local building codes while performing physical labor in confined spaces.

Pay: ₹9,604.67 - ₹41,159.62 per month
