Culinary Cousins is a multi-brand cloud kitchen based in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad. We run four brands out of one kitchen — Patty's (burgers), Kebaap (kebabs), Dyte Byte (healthy food) and The Borough Cafe, our umbrella brand that brings them all together.

About the role

We're looking for a Head of Operations to own the entire operation across all four brands — the kitchen, the costs, the team and the numbers. This goes beyond running a kitchen: you'll be responsible for everything from what comes through the back door to how each brand performs on the aggregator apps. Equally at home on the kitchen floor during a rush and in front of a spreadsheet the next morning.

What you'll be doing
- ⁠ ⁠Run daily operations across all four brands — quality, consistency,



food safety and speed
- ⁠ ⁠Own food cost, wastage and margins, and act on the numbers
- ⁠ ⁠Handle procurement — sourcing, vendor relationships and inventory
- ⁠ ⁠Manage aggregator performance — ratings, packaging, prep times and menu performance
- ⁠ ⁠Hire, train and retain the kitchen team, with rosters that match demand
- ⁠ ⁠Build SOPs and systems that set us up to scale

What we're looking for
- ⁠ ⁠8+ years in F&B; — Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or Operations experience, ideally across multiple verticals
- ⁠ ⁠Real experience running a cloud kitchen, ideally a multi-brand setup
- ⁠ ⁠Comfortable with the operational stack — KOT systems, inventory tools, aggregator dashboards, rostering platforms
- ⁠ ⁠Solid people leadership and a calm head when four brands are firing at once
