- Engineering Oversight: Monitor complex infrastructure such as Diesel Generators (DG), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), lifts, and fire systems.
- Vendor AMC Management: Coordinate with contractors, manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and review work quality.
- Financial Control: Support purchase requisitions, quotation approvals, and budget tracking.
- Compliance EHS: Enforce safety and statutory inspections to guarantee a risk-free workplace.
