We are looking for an experienced
SAP CPQ Architect
to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP CPQ architecture, complex product configuration, and enterprise system integrations with SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and CRM platforms. This role will be responsible for defining the future-state CPQ landscape, streamlining configuration processes, and supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and design the target-state SAP CPQ architecture integrated with
SAP S/4HANA
,
Siemens Teamcenter PLM
, and
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
.
- Architect guided selling and product configuration workflows to significantly reduce manual configuration effort.
- Design robust integration frameworks between CPQ and PLM systems, including S/4HANA as an integration layer where required.
- Enable multi-channel quoting capabilities for:
- Large, highly configured commercial systems.
- Transactional quotes including spare parts, upgrades, and service offerings.




- Develop L4–L6 future-state business process blueprints and functional/system requirements for CPQ workflows.
- Support CPQ platform evaluation, vendor selection, and RFP development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned solution architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout implementation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience architecting or implementing
SAP CPQ
or enterprise CPQ platforms such as
Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or Conga CPQ
.
- Solid expertise in product configuration and
SAP Variant Configuration (VC/Advanced Variant Configuration - AVC)
.
- Hands-on experience integrating
PLM and CPQ
, including BOM synchronization and engineering change management.
- Solid understanding of
SAP S/4HANA Sales and Order Management
processes.
- Experience working in
high-mix, low-vo
