Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows.
- Develop custom scripts using Agilent AI to integrate external systems with ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Virtual Agent functionality in ServiceNow.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Solid expertise in developing ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in Agilent AI scripting language for integrating external systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting Virtual Agent functionality in ServiceNow.
