● Create and maintain Packaging Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all SKUs, including

packaging raw materials.

● Develop packaging specifications, work instructions, SOPs, packaging drawings, and

related technical documentation.

● Design and develop packaging matrices defining the arrangement of product

components and packaging materials.

● Prepare 3D packaging layouts, inserts, fillers, and cushioning designs using CAD/3D

software.

● Optimize packaging designs to reduce transit damage, customer complaints, and

packaging costs while ensuring product safety.

● Conduct and coordinate packaging validation tests such as:

○ Drop Test

○ Compression Test

○ Vibration Test

○ Durability Test

● Validate packaging performance across manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and

last-mile delivery.

● Work closely with Product Development, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Supply

Chain teams during recent product development.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
