Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Representative role based in Kolkata. The Real Estate Sales Representative will identify and engage prospective buyers and investors, conduct property showings, and provide detailed information on under-construction, resale, and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries,
maintaining relationships with customers and developers, and guiding clients through the entire transaction cycle from initial consultation to closing. The role also involves preparing and updating property listings, coordinating site visits, staying informed about local market trends in Rajarhat and Newtown, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The representative is expected to collaborate closely with the team to meet sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, with familiarity with residential markets in Rajarhat Newtown zone.
- Candidates should possess excellent Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Candidates should possess high-quality Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle queries, and maintain long-term client rela
