The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, site management, and robust communication skills to bridge the gap between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, attending progress meetings, addressing technical queries, and ensuring alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Contractor Management: Supervise on-site contractors and sub-contractors, monitor their daily progress, and ensure labor productivity adheres to the project schedule.
- Material Management: Oversee the procurement cycle,



including inspecting incoming material quality, managing site inventory, preventing wastage, and raising timely indents.
- Quality Control (QC): Enforce strict compliance with technical specifications, engineering drawings, and safety standards. Conduct routine inspections and testing before final handover.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Measurement Books (MB), billing verification, material reconciliation statements, and As-Built drawings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
