Role Description:

1. Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
2. Understand learners' educational background, career aspirations, and skill gaps to recommend suitable courses, certifications, or training programs.
3.



Counsel prospective learners regarding course curriculum, career opportunities, internship support, placement assistance, and learning outcomes.
4. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads from multiple sources to build a strong admissions pipeline.
5. Conduct online product demonstrations and career counseling sessions to explain program features, benefits, and value propositions.
6. Follow up consistently with prospective learners to convert inquiries into enrollments while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Build long-term relationships with students, parents, colleges, and educational partners to increase referrals and repeat enrollments.
9. Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, follow-ups, and enrollments using CRM tools.
