*Role Description*

This full-time, in office Business Development Executive (BDE) role is based in Noida. The BDE will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients,



and promote TRUEiSENSE presence sensing and sensor lighting solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing and delivering product presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals and pricing. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, updating CRM tools, gathering client feedback, and supporting negotiations to close deals and meet revenue targets.

*Qualifications*
- Ability to identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in relevant markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management.
- Basic understanding of technology or energy-efficient products, with willingness to learn about presence sensing and sensor lighting solutions.
- Skills in negotiation, objection handling, and deal closure to support consistent sales performance.
- Experience with CR
