We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Developer / Consultant
to support the implementation of a
ServiceNow Asset Management Foundation
initiative. This role requires robust hands-on expertise in
ServiceNow development
, with a primary focus on
Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB governance, platform configuration, scripting, and enterprise data migration
.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with enterprise platform standards and asset lifecycle management processes. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, platform owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, supportable solutions while ensuring data integrity, governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions supporting Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro), Software Asset Management (SAM), ITOM, and CMDB.




- Configure and customize ServiceNow tables, forms, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Import Sets, Transform Maps, reconciliation rules, and validation controls.
- Develop scalable solutions that support enterprise asset lifecycle management while maintaining data integrity and platform best practices.
- Support greenfield migration initiatives, including source-to-target mapping, data cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, exception handling, validation, and production deployment.
- Configure and maintain CMDB-aligned data models and governance processes to improve data quality and consistency.
- Implement and support Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CMDB reconciliation strategies.
