General Manager – Estimation
for a leading engineering and infrastructure consultancy.

15–20 Years

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the estimation function for infrastructure, highway, and bridge projects.
- Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and tender documentation.
- Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents to develop competitive bids.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and risk assessments.
- Ensure timely and compliant bid submissions while maintaining estimation accuracy.
- Drive value engineering initiatives and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Mentor and lead the estimation team while implementing process improvements and best practices.

Preferred Profile




- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Construction Management is an added advantage).
- 15–20 years of experience in estimation and tendering for infrastructure, highway, and bridge projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, rate analysis, tendering, and contract documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation/ERP software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
