Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at Vadodara for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure equipment is properly maintained, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and handle repairs.
The role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with other departments for seamless operation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management experience
- Hands on experience of handling formulation projects, qualification and audit compliance.
- Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field
