Responsibilities
Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
- Requirements
Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in architectural design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment
