As a Campaign Manager, you'll need to be proactive, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator. You should be able to think creatively and adapt to a fast-paced setting. You must have an eye for detail and be able to think critically to ensure that campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. Overall Campaign Management
- Build and develop a national strategy for our influencer-driven campaigns
- Manage and build out influencer and creator campaigns for brands
- Manage relationships with brands, agencies, and platforms
- Manage relationships with creator agencies
- Develop cost estimates and manage client budgets
- Negotiate deals with influencers




- Manage and grow client relationships
- Work with our production team to build out creative opportunities for brands
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and adapt strategies as needed
- Handle unexpected crises or challenges that may arise during the campaign execution
- Provide regular reports on campaign progress to the stakeholders

Business and Financial Management
- Develop a budget for campaigns and allocate resources accordingly
- Source, pitch, and grow Amplify clientele
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives of the team

Team Management
- Train, and manage Campaign Specialist/s to execute campaign tasks
- Delegate tasks and set clear expectations to the team members
- Provide regular business and team updates to his/her line manager

Ad Hoc
- May be assigned on a per-need basis depending on the business demands

Qualifications
- Able to speak in Japanese / Ideally based
