Role Overview
We're looking for a Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day order processing and inventory operations, ensuring smooth and accurate fulfillment across all our sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and pack orders accurately and on time across all platforms
- Maintain and update inventory records — stock in, stock out, and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with e-commerce/operations team on stock levels, replenishment, and returns
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on orders, inventory, and stock discrepancies
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and dispatch as per platform-specific guidelines
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness for effective operations
- Flag and resolve issues like stock mismatches, damaged goods, or delayed shipments

Skills & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or inventory management
- Proactive and self-driven — comfortable taking initiative without waiting for instructions
- Robust team player with valuable communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible startup environment
- Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Physically comfortable with warehouse floor work (packing, stock movement, etc.)
