Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Solution and Offer Manager to create and evaluate Factory Automation Solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements and developing techno-commercial automation solutions that meet business objectives. The candidate will work closely with Sales Teams, System Integrators, Solution Architects, and Customers to develop standardized, cost-effective, and scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, standardize, and scale industry-focused Factory Automation solutions that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Evaluate automation solutions prepared by System Integrators for technical and commercial feasibility.
- Develop cost-effective standard automation solutions for recurring customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Regional Managers, Solution Architects, Sales Teams, System Integrators, and Customers.
- Prepare technical documentation, including:
- System Architecture
- Layout Drawings
- Functional Descriptions
- Safety Concepts
- Evaluate new automation components and technologies and perform technical comparisons against alternative products.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements.
- Define and maintain solution standards and engineering guidelines.
- Support strategic customer meetings and build solid partnerships with suppliers.
- Develop demonstration concepts and maintain the organization's solution knowledge repository.
