Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Services Procurement Functional SME to support production operations, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize Fieldglass services procurement processes.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP Functional experience
- Solid SAP Fieldglass Services Procurement expertise
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration
- Knowledge of contingent workforce processes
- Integration monitoring and troubleshooting
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Manual data corrections and reprocessing
- SuccessFactors knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve Fieldglass integration errors.
- Perform manual record updates and reprocess failed transactions.
- Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Configure and maintain Fieldglass connectors.
- Support redesign, testing, and stabilization of integrations.
- Collaborate with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Saviynt, CORE and LMS teams.
