Role Overview

We are seeking a agile IT Business Partner to support
Indirect Procurement
functions by aligning technology solutions with business objectives. This role will play a key part in driving digital transformation across procurement processes, with a strong focus on
SAP Ariba–based platforms
.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to enhance sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes through effective use of technology.

This is a
hybrid role
, requiring a mix of remote work and
regular on-site presence
to enable effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT partner for
Indirect Procurement
teams
- Drive the implementation, adoption, and optimization of
SAP Ariba solutions
across sourcing and purchasing processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable IT solutions
- Support




end-to-end indirect procurement processes
, including sourcing, contracting, requisitioning, invoicing, and supplier lifecycle management
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements
- Work closely with IT teams and vendors on system enhancements, integrations (e.g., ERP/SAP S/4HANA), and issue resolution
- Manage demand intake, prioritization, and alignment with procurement and IT roadmaps
- Support system releases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities
- Provide functional support for users and ensure timely resolution of production issues
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security standards

Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of IT experience with strong exposure to
Indirect Procurement processes
- Hands-on experience with
SAP Ariba modules
(Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, SCC & Commerce Automation prefer
