Role Description
The Freelance Aptitude Trainer – Immediate Requirement will deliver in-person aptitude training sessions for students at partner institutions in Namakkal.
This on-site role focuses on designing and conducting engaging classes on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving techniques tailored for placement preparation and academic success. The trainer will plan lesson content, create practice questions and mock tests, and provide detailed feedback and guidance to learners to help them improve performance. Responsibilities include collaborating with the training team to align content with institutional requirements, tracking learner progress, and updating training materials based on outcomes and current industry expectations. The engagement is freelance/contract-based, with schedules coordinated around institutional needs and batch timings.
