What You Will Do

• Work closely with client success, social media, website, and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.

• Design high-performing social media posts aligned with content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Create visually compelling creatives for performance marketing ads focusing on CTR, engagement, and conversions.

• Develop internal collaterals including presentations, pitch decks, case studies, and brand documents.

• Design engaging visual assets including typography-led creatives, infographics, icons, and brand identity elements.

• Create and edit short-form video content (reels, ads) with solid hooks, transitions, and storytelling formats.

• Conduct competitor and trend research to identify emerging content formats and creative benchmarks.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and business teams to deliver campaign-ready creatives.

• Work on new product launches, campaigns, and business pitches with high-quality design outputs.





• Apply strategy-led design thinking to align creatives with brand positioning and marketing objectives.

About You

• Strong creative thinking with an eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma, and AI-based design tools.

• Understanding of typography, layout systems, and modern design principles.

• Comfortable experimenting with new formats, hooks, transitions, and social-first content styles.

• Stay updated with AI trends, editing styles, and evolving social media formats.

• Organized, adaptable, and deadline-oriented with strong time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of social media marketing and brand strategy is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and iteration.
