Key Responsibilities:
- Drive deployment, adoption, and governance of Operational Excellence (OpEx) tools and methodologies, including Visual Management, SQC, A3 Problem Solving, Kaizen, and Action Plans across the assigned business scope.
- Lead the implementation, localization, and governance of the Operating System, ensuring effective adoption of visual management and performance management routines while maintaining alignment with global standards.
- Coach leaders and frontline teams on OpEx principles, standard work, leadership routines, and performance management practices to reinforce operational discipline and continuous improvement behaviors.
- Program manage improvement initiatives to ensure actions are delivered, advantages are realized, and improvements are sustained over time, while providing visibility and governance of progress.
