We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy *Freshman/Fresher Video Producer* who sits at the intersection of traditional filmmaking, digital video editing, and generative AI technologies.

Role Overview

As our Core Video Producer & Generative AI Specialist, you will wear two hats. Half your time will be spent on standard high-quality production (lights, camera, audio, and storytelling) for our brand awareness. The other half will involve pioneering our automated video infrastructure—using cutting-edge Text-to-Video models, AI audio synthesis,



and programmatic rendering engines to build the future of localized digital health.

Key Responsibilities

1. Traditional Video Production & Content Creation

Social Media Growth: Script, shoot, edit, and package high-retention marketing videos tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram (Reels), and YouTube (Shorts & Long-form).

Podcast Production: Setup, record, and mix multi-mic studio or virtual podcasts featuring healthcare professionals, doctors, and fitness experts.

Testimonial Capture: Record and produce emotionally resonant user and patient success stories to build clinical credibility across public forums.

2. Generative AI & Programmatic Video Engineering

AI Exercise Library:* Utilize state-of-the-art AI video suites (e.g., Google Veo, OpenAI Sora) to generate crisp, anatomically accurate, and consistent mast
