The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and advantages, training and development, policy implementation, compliance and organizational development. The HR Manager works closely with leadership to build a productive, engaged and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support conflict resolution and workplace investigations.

Performance Management
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.




- Identify training and development needs.

Compensation & Benefits
- Administer salary structures and employee benefits.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and recommend improvements.

HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Learning & Development
- Identify employee training needs.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave and employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Support succession planning and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
