We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Education Counselor to drive our growth across South India for B2B business development and B2C candidate counseling and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Business Development
* Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, training institutes, recruitment vendors, and sourcing partners across South India.
* Generate current business opportunities through institutional collaborations and strategic partnerships.
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions to expand Crack-ED's network.
* Onboard and manage vendors and sourcing partners while tracking their performance.
* Build a strong candidate sourcing ecosystem to meet hiring demands.
B2C Sales & Candidate Engagement
* Connect with prospective candidates through leads, referrals, and sourcing channels.
* Counsel candidates on Crack-ED's programs and career opportunities.
* Convert leads into enrolled candidates by understanding their career goals and addressing their queries.
* Coordinate interviews with corporate partners and ensure smooth candidate communication.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to maximize interview attendance, selection, and onboarding.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly conversion targets.
