Position:
Associate

Experience:
3–5 years PQE

Location:
Delhi

The role involves:

• Conducting comprehensive land and title due diligence.

• Advising on title risk, land records and transaction structuring from a real estate perspective.

• Managing document registration, stamp duty compliance and related regulatory compliance.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Prior law firm experience in real estate transactions.

• Robust drafting and vetting skills.

• A sound understanding of land laws and corporate laws.

• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Compensation:
No bar for the right candidate.
