Job Description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller to join our fundraising team. Your role will be to connect with potential donors, explain our social initiatives and encourage them to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.
- Explain Soch Foundation's mission, projects, and fundraising campaigns.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with donors.
- Follow up with interested donors and provide campaign updates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and donor information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the fundraising team for donor follow-ups.




- Handle donor queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Bengali, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, fundraising, or sales is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, etc.).
- Positive attitude and willingness to work towards fundraising targets.
