About the Role

The Senior Developer is responsible for the overall performance of the product by applying principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software. Youll ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software within release timelines and guidelines while providing technical leadership and mentorship to your team.

Your Role Responsibilities Heres What Youll Do.
- Develop complex code based on functional specifications, completing logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards while translating and analyzing software requirements into design specifications
- Perform complex peer code reviews and provide insight on the broader impact of software changes, incorporating business value and influencing technical direction across the team
- Create and apply automated tests and test principles to software changes including unit tests and contribute to the implementation of a delivery pipeline encompassing test automation, security,



and performance
- Influence and lead team standards, processes, and events including planning, work estimation, solution demos, reviews, and implementation design discussions
- Research complex escalations for production and software code issues to ensure application stability, and implement development standards to ensure compliance with product and industry practices
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide constructive feedback to team members, while making recommendations for internal process improvements and product documentation

Role Essentials

*What youll need to be successful in this role:*
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Significant experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, software design, and continuous software delivery
