Marketplace Executive – Etsy, eBay & Global Marketplaces

We are hiring a Marketplace Manager to handle end-to-end operations across Etsy, eBay, and other global platforms. The role focuses on listing optimisation, account management, and growth execution for international sellers.

Key Responsibilities
- Create & optimise product listings (SEO, titles, tags, descriptions)
- Manage catalogue, pricing, variations & shipping setup
- Handle orders, returns, customer queries & reviews
- Monitor account health, policy compliance & performance metrics
- Run ads (Etsy Ads, eBay Promoted Listings) & promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with clients for updates, strategy & growth

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Etsy/eBay account management




- Strong knowledge of SEO, keywords,ad management & marketplace algorithms
- Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously
- Hands-on with Etsy Shop Manager / eBay Seller Hub
- Positive understanding of international shipping & global selling
- Strong communication & Excel/Google Sheets skills

Preferred
- Experience with manage multiple Accounts/Brands
- Proven track record of scaling marketplace sales
