Accountabilities




The role is responsible for leading the engineering team that owns critical Git infrastructure operations, driving reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across multiple deployment models. You will combine technical depth with leadership skills to improve platform performance, manage complex production environments, and establish robust engineering practices.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on Git-based infrastructure, platform operations, and reliability.
- Own production reliability for core repository management services across self-managed, dedicated, and SaaS environments.
- Drive incident management processes, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements with a deep understanding of distributed systems and infrastructure behavior.
