About the Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in shaping the first experience of new users on the platform. Your responsibility will be to create engaging, comfortable, and high-quality interactions that encourage long-term community participation.

This is not a customer support or telecalling role. We're looking for people who can naturally build rapport, communicate with empathy, and create memorable conversations.

Role & responsibilities
- Help create positive first experiences for new users on the platform.
- Build meaningful and engaging conversations with users.
- Understand user concerns and respond with empathy and professionalism.
- Encourage healthy, respectful, and enjoyable interactions.
- Identify recurring user feedback and share actionable insights with the product and operations teams.
- Follow conversation quality standards and continuously improve through coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate with the Community and Operations teams to improve overall user experience.

Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills.




- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages:
- Hindi
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Kannada
- Malayalam
- Bengali
- Marathi
- Punjabi
- Gujarati
- Oriya
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts. (8AM- 5PM & 4PM- 1AM)
- Skilled, patient, and respectful communication style

Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are also welcome.
