Role Description
The Paid Ads Specialist will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels to drive user acquisition and engagement. This full-time in office role, based in Gurugram, involves planning performance marketing strategies, setting up campaigns, conducting A/B tests,



and monitoring budgets to achieve key performance indicators. The specialist will analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs. Collaboration with marketing, product, and content teams will be essential to develop effective creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. The role also includes staying updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to continuously refine Ezyschooling’s paid media approach.
