About the Role

Own production execution for Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers and static process equipment at the Sriperumbudur facility. Working onsite in Chennai, you will convert project plans, fabrication drawings, approved procedures, and material availability into safe, predictable shop-floor delivery. The role spans fabrication, machining, fit-up, welding, assembly, hydrotesting, inspection, and dispatch, with direct influence on schedule adherence, quality, productivity, and cost control. You will coordinate supervisors, welders, fitters, operators, technicians, and cross-functional stakeholders while resolving bottlenecks before they affect project commitments.
