Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Executive (Freshers) will engage with prospective learners and parents, explain BrightCHAMPS’ programs,



and drive enrollments through consultative conversations and follow-ups. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and updating CRM or internal systems with accurate data. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies, meet or exceed monthly targets, and contribute to market feedback for continuous improvement. Regular participation in training sessions, adherence to company policies, and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience are key aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities.
