Role Description
The Tender Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying relevant government and private tenders, reviewing tender portals and publications, and maintaining a calendar of tender opportunities. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs, preparing bid proposals,



and ensuring timely submission of complete tender packages. The role also involves maintaining tender documentation, updating status reports, following up on submitted bids, and supporting post-tender clarifications and negotiations. The Tender Executive will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong tender management skills, including tender search, document review, bid preparation, and submission tracking.
- Proficiency in documentation and administration, including drafting proposals, maintaining records, and handling correspondence with clients and authorities.
- Solid analytical and numerical abilities to interpret tender specifications, pricing structures, and commercial terms.
