Role Description
The NPD (New Product Development) role is a full-time hybrid position based in Rewari, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Daily responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end product development activities, from concept and design support through prototype, testing, validation, and ramp-up for production. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, production, quality, procurement, and sales to ensure that new products meet performance, safety, cost,



and timeline requirements. The NPD professional will prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project trackers, and support continuous improvement initiatives in processes and product designs. Additional duties include engaging with suppliers and customers for technical clarifications, monitoring project risks, and ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Experience in new product development, preferably in rubber, automotive, or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of basic engineering principles, material properties (especially rubber and polymers), and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and work with timelines and milestones.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, including proficiency with common office and project management to
