Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, clean, and organize datasets efficiently.
- Create complex tracking sheets, dashboards, and automated reports.
- Perform data analysis to provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with operations teams to streamline data flow.
Requirements:
- Must-Have: Mastery of Excel and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Validation, and complex formulas).
- Robust analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a backend operations or data analyst role is a plus.
