Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving health insurance sales,



managing and growing a network of agents and partners, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets. Daily activities include prospecting and onboarding new customers, conducting product presentations, supporting intermediaries with training and guidance, and ensuring high-quality service and policy issuance. The role involves tracking performance metrics, analyzing local market opportunities, and implementing sales strategies aligned with ABHICL’s wellness-focused offerings. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards, and contribute to building a strong brand presence in the Ranchi region.
