Requirements:

Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Service Delivery, Project Management, or IT Program Management.
- AWS Bedrock
- Strong experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud, security, service desk, or enterprise operations projects.
- Robust understanding of ITSM processes such as incident management, change management, problem management, request management, release management, and service management.
- Hands-on experience in project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Experience coordinating with infrastructure, cloud, network, security, application, service desk, and business teams.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to provide leadership updates.
- Strong documentation, governance, follow-up, escalation management, and delivery ownership skills.

Desired Skills:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or ITIL certification.




- Experience managing CloudOps, DevOps, SRE, AIOps, Platform Engineering, or Security Operations projects.
- Experience working in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, modernization, migration, automation, or infrastructure upgrade programs.
- Experience with ITIL-based service management, operational governance, and process improvement.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology and sprint-based execution tracking.
- Experience with audit readiness, compliance reporting, security remediation, and risk tracking.
- Experience managing global teams, offshore/onshore delivery models, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
