- Lead creative strategy and campaign ideation.
- Direct photo and video shoots.
- Oversee designers, editors, and content creators.
- Ensure high-quality, on-brand creative across all projects.
- Present concepts to clients and manage creative feedback.
- Stay ahead of design, content, and social media trends.
Required Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative, advertising, or branding agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns and content.
- Proven experience directing commercial shoots.
- Excellent leadership, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
