Role Description
The General Manager Projects – MEP / Datacenter Execution will lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery for complex MEP and datacenter infrastructure projects. This full-time,



on-site role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and involves managing project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role includes coordinating with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams, as well as liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project milestones. The General Manager will monitor project progress, mitigate risks, drive problem-solving on site, and establish best practices for MEP and datacenter execution. The position also involves mentoring project teams, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to business growth by supporting bids, proposals, and client presentations.
