Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting, implementation, or application support.
- Working knowledge of
SAP Joule
and
SAP Business AI
.
- Experience with at least one SAP functional area:
S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or SAP Customer Experience (CX)
.
- Exposure to
SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
, APIs, integrations, and business process mapping.
- Understanding of identity and access management concepts within SAP cloud applications.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in Generative AI, Responsible AI, and AI-driven business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP Joule Base onboarding, configuration, and implementation activities.
- Configure and maintain Joule across supported SAP cloud applications.
- Perform integration, testing, user access management, and issue resolution.
- Support Joule Premium use cases,



including requirement gathering, prompt engineering, response testing, and AI use-case validation.
- Monitor AI consumption and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Develop and extend solutions using SAP BTP, Joule Studio, SAP Build, APIs, workflows, and related SAP services.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver AI-enabled business solutions.
- Create technical documentation, testing artifacts, and implementation guides.
