- Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings, resolving issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Utilize robust negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals.
- Manage end-to-end visa operations, including document verification, application processing, coordination with visa partners, and ensuring timely submissions.
