Role Description
The International Collection Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing international debt collection activities, including contacting clients, following up on overdue accounts, and negotiating payment arrangements in a professional manner. The executive will monitor account status, maintain accurate records of interactions, and escalate complex cases when necessary.



The role also involves coordinating with internal finance and operations teams, analyzing outstanding balances, and preparing regular collection and credit control reports. The International Collection Executive is expected to adhere to company policies, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and provide courteous, clear communication to global customers.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, including experience managing overdue accounts and negotiating payment solutions.
